Fixture Industry Merger

Miller Multiplex, Richmond, Va.-based store fixture manufacturer, has announced a merger with NS Studios (Toronto).

The new company will operate as The Miller Group, headquartered in Richmond, encompassing Miller Manufacturing, Multiplex and NS Studios as divisions, with operations in Richmond, Toronto and Fenton, Mo.

“We look on this merger as an opportunity to join the strengths of two industry experts – merging Miller Multiplex's manufacturing prowess and NS Studios' creative design and graphic production under one banner,” said Miller Group chairman Tucker Grigg Jr.
