DuPont Imaging Technologies (Wilmington, Del., provider of digital textile printing) has opened its Singapore Artistri™ Technology Center to facilitate customer demonstrations, technology training and customer service in support of the DuPont Artistri™ digital printing for textiles system in the Asia Pacific region.

Chief Mfg. (Minneapolis manufacturer of mounting solutions) has launched a new web site, www.designcenter.chiefmfg.com, that provides information, news and project solutions for architects, consultants and interior designers.

Hickory Hardware (Nashville, Tenn., designer, marketer and manufacturer of decorative, functional and industrial hardware) participated in Habitat for Humanity’s 10-home build in the Nashville, Tenn., area. The company donated door hardware products and provided volunteers, including president John Westendorf, for the five-day project.

 

Awards:

Transformit (Gorham, Maine, designer of tension-fabric structures) received two Awards of Excellence in the 2006 International Achievement Awards sponsored by the Industrial Fabrics Association Intl. (IFAI).
