Mergers and Acquisitions:

Digital Graphics Inc. (Boston photographic imaging company), a subsidiary of Digitech Intl. Inc., has merged with Invisuals, a division of Charrette Inc., to form DGI-Invisuals. The new company is owned equally by Charrette and Digitech, has its sales and production facility in Burlington, Mass. DGI-Invisuals will retain its Boston headquarters.

Management Changes:

Design Forum (Dayton, Ohio, design firm) has named Adrienne Anderson director of research. Anderson develops research and action programs for clients. Previously, she was a managing partner at Global Consortium Inc.

Display Technologies (College Point, N.Y., p-o-p display manufacturer) named Marshall Goldberg executive vp, general manager of bulk merchandising systems. Goldberg oversees the operations of the company's bulk food merchandising suppliers. Previously, he served as vp of customer acquisition, retention and new business development at ShopLink.com.
