The Staubach Co. (Dallas real estate services firm) has partnered with Davaco Inc. (formerly Fixture Perfect) and The Buxton Co. (a market research company for retail) to expand their full-service retail capabilities. Staubach has acquired minority ownership in Davaco and Buxton, while they have acquired the same of Staubach; each will retain its name, but combine services.

King-Casey Inc. (South Norwalk, Conn., retail consultancy and design firm) has partnered with the Neighborhood Marketing Institute to provide integrated services combining consumer-based retail strategy, design consulting and marketing.
