Forever 21 Debuts Flagship in Hong Kong

Forever 21 opened its first store in Hong Kong. The fashion brand expects to open stores in Beijing and Shanghai this year, and more are planned within the decade, reports Women’s Wear Daily.

The flagship is located in a 51,000-square-foot, six-floor shopping complex. The store, located near the city's subway system in the popular shopping area of Causeway Bay, costs $1.4 million to rent per month.

Apparel sales volume in Hong Kong rose 15 percent compared to the prior year, according to the city's census and statistics department, reports WWD.
