Forever 21 (Los Angeles) plans to open a flagship store in Beijing, part of a plan to expand its China presence.
The fast-fashion retailer expects to use 24,000 square feet of retail space in a mall in the shopping district of Wangfujing in Beijing, reports the Los Angeles Times.
Forever 21 also plans to open two additional locations in Shanghai and Hong Kong by early 2012. The retailer briefly operated a store in Changshu but closed it two years ago.
