FRCH Design Worldwide Hires Five New Team Members

Cincinnati (August 2013) – FRCH Design Worldwide has added five new members to its Cincinnati-based team.

 

 

Kevin Boeckman comes to FRCH as a project coordinator in the Specialty Retail Architecture Studio. Prior to joining FRCH as a full-time staff member, he served the company as a co-op student and freelancer. Boeckman is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati where he earned a bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering technology.

 

 

Ali Fischer joins the company as a senior project leader in the Specialty Retail Architecture Studio. She comes from PEDCO E&A Services where she assisted with project coordination. Her experience includes a strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques and general building standards. Fischer is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati’s Design, Architecture, Art and Planning (DAAP) program where she earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree in architecture.

 

 

Joanna Funcheon comes to FRCH as an interior designer in the Hospitality Studio. She initially served the company as a freelancer in the Hospitality and Department Store Studios. Prior to joining FRCH, she worked with the Rockwell Group in New York as well as F.A. Hunter and Associates in Atlanta. Her career focus is in hospitality environments. Funcheon is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati’s DAAP program where she earned a bachelor’s degree in interior design.

 

 

Elizabeth Hancock joins FRCH as a senior project leader in the Specialty Retail Architecture Studio. Her experience includes serving at FRCH as a freelancer in the Department Store and Specialty Retail Architecture Studios. Prior to coming to FRCH, she worked with major retail brands including Macy’s and Luxottica directing new, remodel, expansion and rollout projects in their design studios. Hancock holds a bachelor’s degree in interior design from the College of Mount St. Joseph in Cincinnati.

 

 

Alexa Yoon comes to the company as a project coordinator in the Specialty Retail Architecture Studio. Prior to joining FRCH, she spent time as a co-op student designing studios for community housing in downtown Cincinnati, exploring sustainable building methods to reduce maintenance costs. Yoon holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
