Get a Whiff of Kaufmann's

Kaufmann's department stores (Pittsburgh) will hold the grand opening of a new store in University Square in University Heights, Ohio, on March 8. The two-story, 165,250-square-foot store in suburban Cleveland was designed by KA Inc. Architecture and Pavlik Design and features a new open-sell cosmetic and fragrance concept, allowing customers the ability to test and purchase makeup and perfume. A new, multi-level parking garage adjoining the store will offer free parking.

The new location replaces the original University Heights Kaufmann's, built in 1957. It will also carry new brandnames: Tommy Hilfiger Jeans, Roca Wear, Franco Sarto, Caressa, Dooney & Bourke, XOXO, Rampage and Caribbean Joe.

Kaufmann's operates 52 stores in Pennsylvania, Ohio, upstate New York and West Virginia. Kaufmann's is a division of The May Department Stores Co.
