Go Global Retail (Los Angeles) announced its acquisition of children’s fashion brand Brums Milano (Milan), according to a company press release.
The fashion online-based brand has more than 150 corporate and franchise-owned store locations across Italy and specializes in apparel sizes for newborns to teens. It’s also sold through 300 wholesale locations across the country as well as through Milan-based department store retailer La Rinascente.
Go Global Retail says it will “leverage back office synergies for technology, e-commerce, digital marketing, sourcing and raw material collaboration for the two companies.”
Jeff Streader, Founder and Managing Partner, Go Global, says, “We are excited about our first investment in Europe … We will execute the same successful playbook that we deployed at Janie and Jack by resetting the operational model and investing into the company’s digital capabilities.”
In April 2021, Go Global Retail acquired Janie and Jack (San Francisco) from Gap Inc. (San Francisco).
