hhgregg to Open New Florida Store

Indianapolis-based appliance and electronics retailer hhgregg is opening a new store in Pensacola, Fla., this month. The new store, located at 1210 Airport Boulevard, is hhgregg’s first in Northwest Florida.

“We are pleased to be able to expand our business into the Northwest Florida market,” says Jeff Pearson, vp, marketing for hhgregg. “The opening of the new Pensacola store symbolizes hhgregg’s commitment to Florida customers, and we look forward to providing residents in Pensacola and surrounding areas with a convenient place to shop for all of their appliance and electronics needs.”

The 30,000-square-foot store will open more than 100 digital TVs and has more than 400 major appliances in stock. The specialty retailer operates 174 stores under the banners hhgregg and Fine Lines.
