In A New York Minute

Best Buy (Minneapolis), the nation's largest consumer electronics retailer, has announced plans for a multi-store New York-area blitz this year.

Its summer opening of a store on West 23rd Street will be its first Manhattan store. It will be accompanied by fall and summer openings at Caesar's Bay Shopping Center in Brooklyn, Huntington Square Mall in Commack and Huntington Station in Riverhead.

Other locations will be in Mt. Vernon, N.Y., and Bridgewater, N.J., East Brunswick, N.J., Brick, N.J., and Holmdel, N.J.
