Intermix Plans Two New Stores

Specialty-apparel chain Intermix (New York) plans to relocate and expand its Georgetown location by the end of August, and will open its seventh Manhattan store in 2013, Women’s Wear Daily reports. The company is taking a conservative approach to expansion, according to WWD, seeking financial stability for its flagships before opening additional stores, and being careful to avoid placing stores too closely.
