Kenneth Cole Rolls Out Tech-Enhanced Store

Kenneth Cole (New York) has opened a new flagship store in New York, which the company intends to use as a model for future stores.

Located at the intersection of Bowery and Bond streets, what sets this store apart is how it has elevated technology within the store to appeal to millennials. According to Women’s Wear Daily, Cole said that the store provides “‘a fully immersive digital experience.’”

That technology also revolves around increasing customer-satisfaction with such services as delivery throughout any of the five boroughs within 24 hours and the ability to call a phone number and have the store open within three hours for you.

At the store’s opening, which featured live music and a variety of celebrities, Cole said, “This is the new model of how we’re going to reposition the brand and the business.”
