Lamborghini Store Makes U.S. Debut

Luxury car maker Automobili Lamborghini (Sant’Agata, Italy) unveiled its first U.S. stand-alone retail boutique at Westfield Topanga shopping center in Canoga Park, Calif. The store carries fashion apparel, casual logo clothing and accessories for fans of the exotic automobile company.

According to the Los Angeles Times, Lamborghini ceo Stephan Winkelmann says the success of the first store will determine if additional locations are opened. “We’ll see in the next week if this will fly,” he says. “It’s here that you’re buying into the brand.”

The grand opening party included a caravan of Lamborghinis snaking through the Malibu hills and an in-store runway show.
