Lands' End, the Dodgeville, Wis., division of Sears Holdings Inc. (Hoffman Estates, Ill.) has named retail brand veteran Michele Donnan-Martin as executive vp and chief merchandising design officer.
As head of the merchandising and design for the brand, Donnan-Martin Donnan-Martin will fill a position that has been vacant for about a year, since the departure of brand president Chris Kolbe. She will report to Lands’ End president and ceo Edgar Huber.
Donnan-Martin was most recently the senior vp and gmm for Coldwater Creek Inc. (Sandpoint, Idaho). She was also brand president for Delia’s Inc. (New York); helped build up the women’s apparel division at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. (New Albany, Ohio); and participated in the launch of the Martin + Osa brand at American Eagle Outfitters Inc. (Pittsburgh).
