L&P Names New Fixture Executives

Dave Mueller, a 19-year industry veteran, has been named president of Leggett & Platt's Store Fixtures Group (Niles, Ill.). Before joining L&P, Mueller was vp, customer service/project management for Hamilton Fixture (Hamilton, Ohio). At L&P, he has been vp, customer service and project management for the Store Fixtures Group and president of the company's Edron facilities.

The company also named Jeff Uhri executive vp, sales, for the Store Fixtures Group and Randy Burkholder president of its Syndicate Systems unit. Syndicate is the largest manufacturing facility within the Group, with more than 1.7 million square feet of space.

Uhri had most recently been vp, business development, for the L&P Specialty and Mass Market segments. He had been vp, sales and marketing, for Rodgers Wade at the time L&P purchased that company in 1997.

Burkholder had been Syndicate's operations manager since 2000.
