Macy’s Expands in Las Vegas

Macy’s Inc. (Cincinnati) is opening two new stores in Las Vegas. The first, a full-line, two-level 180,000-square-foot store will anchor the Shops at Summerlin in the western part of the city. It’s set to open in fall 2014, and will be the company’s first full-line store in Las Vegas since 1996.

In addition, a 105,000-square-foot Macy’s Men’s Store will open in fall 2013 on South Las Vegas Boulevard in the Fashion Show Mall. The company currently has a full-line store in this mall, and plans to expand its men’s department, moving it across the mall corridor.
