Nasty Gal Lays Off Employees

Digital clothing retailer Nasty Gal laid off 10 percent of its staff this past Thursday, Feb. 4. The move resulted in 19 eliminated jobs and is part of a company-wide restructuring.

Women’s Wear Daily reports the company will focus on improving operations and strengthening its core business. The article also states the company has been working to streamline its footprint between its digital wholesale roots and it physical stores and in-house collections.

The company also laid off employees in 2014, with the largest change being in August of that year when 20 people were let go.
