Neighborhood Goods to Close Remaining Locations

Neighborhood Goods (Dallas) is reportedly closing its remaining locations, according to Business of Fashion. The publication received confirmation via email from the brand’s Chief Exec Matt Alexander. (The retailer’s Chelsea Market location in New York is still featured with operating hours listed on its website.)

Launched in 2018, Neighborhood Goods first announced it had closed stores in Austin and Plano, Texas, in early January. Beyond its Chelsea Market location, the brand also had a store in Newport Beach, Calif.

It aimed to be the “WeWork of direct-to-consumer brands,” reports BoF; its main competitor Showfields filed for bankruptcy this past October.
