Neighborhood Market EVP Retires

The EVP of Walmart’s (Bentonville, Ark.) Neighborhood Market concept, which debuted in 1998, is retiring, according to a LinkedIn post shared by the exec. Kelvin Buncum worked for the mass merchant for more than 12 years and handled all operations for Neighborhood Market.

Other executives have announced plans to exit Walmart in recent months, including the upcoming departures of Denise Malloy, Senior VP and Chief Belonging Officer, and Scott Eckert, Senior VP.

Neighborhood Market celebrated its 25^th anniversary last fall with 675 locations.
