(London, 1 August 2017) Morgan Holt has been appointed to the newly created role of Chief Strategy Officer at global retail and brand consultancy FITCH. Holt joins FITCH from Wolff Olins, where he was global principal and strategy director for six years. Previously, he was strategy director at Engine, the largest independent communications group in the UK where he was responsible for growth in the media sector. Prior to that he was Director of Innovation at the mobile phone company 3, and Head of Broadcast Digital at Endemol where he oversaw all of Endemol's interactive editorial since the UK’s first Big Brother. Global CEO, David Blair says: “Morgan’s extensive experience will strengthen and expand our strategic capability at a global level, enabling FITCH to continue to create evermore far-reaching brand experiences that inspire today’s demanding consumers and in doing so help our clients to navigate an increasingly complex landscape.’

He continues, ‘FITCH’s strategy offer has dramatically developed over the last few years. The appointment of our first Chief Strategy Officer is reflective of the importance we place on having a strong strategic offer to complement our world-renowned creativity and rapidly growing digital capability.”

Morgan Holt says: “Digital and customer experience are deeply embedded into the mainstream but it's far from clear what the future holds. And so, this is an amazing time to be helping businesses think through how to connect better with customers. FITCH has an enviable amount of experience creating value for its clients. I'm incredibly proud to be a part of this next chapter in our growth.”
