New NRF Officials

Richard Sharp, chairman of Circuit City Stores Inc. (Richmond, Va.), was appointed chairman of the board of the National Retail Federation. He replaces James Oesterreicher, the soon-to-be-retired chairman and ceo of JCPenney. Gordon Segal, ceo of Crate & Barrel (Chicago), was named first vice chairman and chairman of NRF's finance committee.
