The North Face Opens Concept Store

The North Face (Alameda, Calif.) has opened a new, temporary concept shop that is aimed at the city explorer. The debut store is located in San Francisco’s Jackson Square neighborhood, and the company expects to open a similar space inside its New York flagship that is opening later this month.

The Urban Exploration store will be open for a limited time and will exclusively feature the brand’s premium streetwear range, though new products will regularly be introduced into the store.

The store’s opening coincides with the company’s 50th anniversary and will feature recreations of some of its first products, such as a reissue of its original daypack. The reissues are currently available in limited quantities but soon will be offered online, reports SGB Media.
