Patina-V Buys Vogue

Norlaine Inc. (City of Industry, Calif.), parent company of Patina-V (mannequins) and Patina Arts (store fixtures and furniture), has announced the acquisition of Vogue Intl. (Whittier, Calif.).

Dona Miller, former owner of Vogue, will remain president of the Vogue division, reporting directly to Norlaine president and ceo Norman Glazer.

Norlaine will close Vogue’s manufacturing facility in Whittier, relocating it to Norlaine's newly expanded 75,000 square foot factory in City of Industry.

Vogue has been known over the years for serving a wide variety of markets, including the visual merchandising world, specialty giftware, licensed products and theming, among others.
