Restoration Hardware Opens Massive, 3-Level Store in Dallas

RH (Corte Madera, Calif.), a.k.a Restoration Hardware Holdings, has opened a 70,000-square-foot, three-level retail concept in Dallas, according to a company press release. Beyond an in-house interior design firm and atelier, the new concept, which opened at The Gallery on Knox Street, includes a glass-encased, rooftop restaurant (featuring heritage olive trees), a landscaped park and a wine bar.

The rooftop restaurant and gallery are surrounded by retractable glass walls, similarly to the main entrance which includes 25-foot-high retractable glass and steel doors. Other unique features include a rug showroom, intimate outdoor lounge spaces and private client presentation rooms.

Gary Friedman, RH Chair and CEO, says, “RH Dallas represents our ongoing quest to revolutionize physical retailing with architecturally inspiring spaces that blur the lines between residential and retail, indoors and outdoors, home and hospitality.”
