Rich's Discovers Columbus

Federated Department Stores (Cincinnati) will build a new one-story, 110,000-square-foot Rich's store at the Peachtree Mall (Columbus, Ga.) on the site of a former Montgomery Ward's store.

The new store will include all major categories of business, including apparel, accessories and home goods. Renovations are due to begin in the fall, with a store opening planned for spring 2002.
