RSP Architects (Minneapolis) hired Craig Hale, Steve Hall and Ed Hess to lead the firm’s Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas location. Hale, who has 26 years of experience in national retail markets, will serve as senior lead; Hall and Hess have been named senior associates.

Englewood Construction’s interiors team (Chicago) recently completed six projects in the Midwest and one in Texas. The work includes transforming a 15,000-square-foot daycare facility into a KinderCare in Brooklyn Park, Minn. In addition, the firm completed tenant improvement and preparation work in the Chicago area.
Gemini Inc. (Deocrah, Iowa) earned a Bronze Incident Rate Excellence Award from the Iowa-Illinois Safety Council during a recent conference. The award honors workplace safety programs and reductions in OSHA-recordable injuries.
Process Retail Group Inc.’s new headquarters in New Berlin, Wis., recently received LEED certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. The certification honors sustainable site development, water and energy efficiency, materials and resources selection and indoor environmental quality.
