Richard Cohen and Marienne Hill-Treadway have become the latest executives to leave Saks Fifth Avenue (New York) after its acquisition by Hudson’s Bay Co. Ltd. (Toronto).

Cohen was vp, business development, Hill-Treadway, vp, sourcing and brand management.

Cohen, an industry veteran whose background includes Robert Talbott, Ermenegildo Zegna and St. John, concentrated primarily on the development of Saks’ private men’s brands but also worked on other brand development initiatives for the company. He was brought into the company by president Ron Frasch, so his exit is not surprising. Neither was that of Hill-Treadway, a veteran of American Eagle Outfitters’ 77 Kids division, Gap Inc. and Kellwood Co., who was brought into Saks by Cohen

Frasch and ceo Stephen Sadove announced their departures last week.
