New on the Las Vegas Strip, Sega GameWorks is the product of collaboration between Sega and SKG Dreamworks. Its “Zones” include the Loading Dock, where the newest games are available for early adaptors; the Arena, which offers multi-player games, including a 75-ft. rock-climbing structure; the Loft, with food, pool and classic video games; and, of course, an 1800-sq.-ft. souvenir shop. Monitors throughout the center show music videos and live action from other parts of the building. Sega plans to open 100 GameWorks by 2002.
