Mindy F. Grossman, recently president and ceo Polo Jeans Company/Ralph Lauren, a division of the Jones Apparel Group, will become global vp of apparel for Nike, effective Oct. 1, 2000. “We are committed to apparel as a major force in our global growth,” said Nike ceo Phil Knight, “and the addition of Mindy . . .is evidence of that commitment.”
