Fallston, NC – Specialty Lighting is pleased to announce the addition of Ward Norris to the position of Vice President of Sales.
Norris brings over 28 years of sales leadership and business management experience to this role. Formerly at Future Lighting Solutions, he served as Strategic Account Manager and provided solid state lighting solutions (i.e., LED) to lighting and electrical OEMs (including many of the major players). Previously, he was Partner and LED Energy Advisor for Celadon Resources, and Managing Partner and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Eluminated Solutions.
Norris will be responsible for the oversight of all sales activities. He will be instrumental in the development and delivery of a corporate sales and marketing plan in support of the overall direction of the company. He will work closely with the product development team to ensure the company is focused on developing the right products necessary to satisfy our customers’ needs, wants and expectations as well as Specialty Lighting's overall business strategies.
