Stylmark Acquires Clearr Corp.

Minneapolis-based Stylmark Inc., a designer and manufacturer of aluminum, steel and lighting products for retail and commercial environments, has acquired the assets of privately-held Clearr Corp. (Minneapolis), a provider of graphic display products.

Stylmark says the additional product lines will allow it to expand its customer base in its core retail market as well as developmental markets.

“Clearr Corp. has been an innovative leader of high-impact graphic display solutions and the acquisition supports Stylmark’s growth objectives,” says Stylmark chairman David Brink.

The newly formed company will operate in both Stylmark’s 160,000-square-foot facility in Fridley, Minn., and Clearr’s 40,000-square-foot facility in Golden Valley, Minn.
