Tesco to Open More C-Stores in Thailand

U.K. grocery retailer Tesco (Welwyn Garden City, U.K.) could open as many as 750 new convenience stores in Thailand, reports Reuters. The retailer currently operates nearly 1600 c-stores there. The expansion is part of a corporate initiative to focus on “untapped value opportunities”.
