The ISP/VM+SD International Store Design Competition Awards Ceremony

Winners of this eighth annual competition will be announced Monday, January 14, 2002, in New York City (concurrent with the National Retail Federation Expo and Convention). The black tie optional awards dinner will take place 6:30 p.m.- 10:30 p.m. in the Skylight Ballroom in the historic Puck Building, 295 Lafayette St.

This event will also celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Institute of Store Planners. To mark the occasion, a Retail Design Legion of Honor will be inaugurated. Honorees include industry notables whose professional design achievements over past years has influenced and shaped retailing, store design and the design cultures in general.

Also on the program is the presentation of the Philips Lighting National Retail Store Lighting Awards.

The event is co-sponsored by the Institute of Store Planners and VM+SD magazine. Other sponsors include Philips Lighting, Armstrong World Industries, Graniti Fiandre, Hafele America and Stylmark.
