TJX Acquires Sierra Trading Post

The TJX Cos. Inc. (Framingham, Mass.) has acquired Sierra Trading Post (Cheyenne, Wyo.), an online off-price retailer, for $200 million, Women’s Wear Daily reports.

Sierra Trading Post started in 1999 and has grown to more than $200 million in annual revenues selling branded apparel, footwear and home furnishings, according to the article.
