Top Shop Flagship Building Offered For Sale

U.S. investment bank Eastdil is searching for buyers for U.K. fast fashion brand Top Shop’s Oxford Street Store, reports The Guardian. The flagship is expected to fetch as much as £420 million (approximately U.S. $585 million).

Top Shop was part of Arcadia Group, which filed for bankruptcy last fall. The building was reportedly valued at £500 million just two years ago, however the pandemic has likely negatively affected that price.
