Two New Pep Boys

Michael Odell, recently executive vp and general manager of retail and specialty stores for Sears Holdings Corp. (Hoffman Estates, Ill.), has been named evp and chief operating officer of The Pep Boys—Manny, Moe & Jack (Philadelphia). Odell also served as vp of stores for the Sears Automotive Group.

Scott Webb, formerly vp of merchandising and customer satisfaction for AutoZone Inc. (Memphis, Tenn.), has been named Pep Boys’ senior vp, merchandising and marketing.

Both are expected to join Pep Boys as of Sept. 17, 2007.
