Under Armour CEO Steps Down After 2 Years at the Helm

Under Armour (Baltimore) CEO Patrik Frisk will step down after two years in the role.

The sports apparel maker says it has begun an internal and external search process to identify a successor. COO Colin Brown will serve as the interim chief executive, effective June 1. To support the transition, Frisk will remain with the company as an advisor through Sept. 1.

Browne, who joined Under Armour in 2016, has held the role of COO since 2020 and oversees supply chain, global planning, sustainability, information technology, enterprise data management, commercial optimization, go-to-market strategy and distribution capabilities.
