Urban Outfitters Launches Pride Collection

Urban Outfitters (Philadelphia) launched an exclusive Pride collection yesterday. All profits from the collection will benefit an organization dedicated to ensuring schools are safe for LGBTQ+ students.

The collection includes seven pieces, including a long-sleeve T-shirt, a tapestry and two baseball hats, which are available online and in stores.

To launch the collection, the company has partnered with Chicago rapper and musician Taylor Bennett, who is bisexual. Bennett will be featured in the collection’s in-store and online advertising campaign and marketing materials, as well as serve as the collection’s official ambassador.

The company has also sponsored Bennett’s first music video, “Roof Gone,” which will be released on the brand’s YouTube channel next month. He will also perform in the brand’s Chicago’s store on North State Street on June 23, reports Women’s Wear Daily.
