Urban Outfitters President Resigns

Urban Outfitters Inc. (Philadelphia) president Stephen Murray has resigned from his position as global president of the Urban Outfitters Brand.

Murray told the lifestyle specialty retailer that he plans to return to London to pursue an opportunity with a wholesale business having an international focus. Ceo Glen Senk has been appointed as interim president while the company conducts a search for a new global president for the brand.

Urban Outfitters Inc. operates stores under the Anthropologie, BHLDN, Free People, Leifsdottir, Terrain, and Urban Outfitters nameplates.
