Vera Bradley Plans First New York Flagship

Vera Bradley (New York) announced that it will be opening its first full-line New York flagship store in SoHo. The 2700-square-foot, two-story store will feature exclusive sketches by fashion illustrator Dallas Shaw, a ping-pong table that harkens to the company’s roots, as well as a wall of sweets where customers can create their own takeaway treats.

The store will carry the brand’s entire collection, encompassing handbags, luggage, eyeware, fragrance, jewelry as well as an exclusive, limited-edition line of duffel bags decorated with New York-inspired scenes and prints.

The store will also reflect the brand’s new rebranding, which includes a newly designed logo and “It’s Good To Be A Girl” marketing campaign that kicks off this month, reports a press release.
