Virginia Beach’s Town Center Draws Retailers

Armada Hoffler Properties Inc. (Virginia Beach, Va.) announced Tupelo Honey Café, Free People, West Elm, Lululemon and Francesca’s have signed leases for retail space in the mixed-use Town Center in Virginia Beach’s Central Business District.

Spanning 17 city blocks, the Town Center will include luxury residential, retail, restaurants, hotels and offices, among other attractions.  

Along with Anthropoligie that recently signed a lease, the Town Center will be West Elm, Free People, Tupelo Honey Café and Lululemon’s first and only locations in Southeastern Virginia.
