Help us honor the Top Women in Retail Design! Nominate a designer or visual merchandiser for VMSD's 2020 awards program.
Submissions for 2020 are now closed. We will be posting the submission form for 2021 in spring.
VMSD's annual awards program, the Top Women in Design, will honor up to six leading women in retail design. Make sure that we honor retail’s best and brightest by nominating a colleague, client or someone you admire.
Candidates should:
- Demonstrate an exemplary commitment to innovation, excellence, creativity and lifelong learning
- Be involved in a mentorship role to "pay it forward," specifically in the area of women in design
- Have a portfolio of notable accomplishments in the fields of retail design or visual merchandising
If there's a star among your leadership, nominate her by filling out the form below. Entrants must be employed by a retailer, those employed by design firms, manufacturers, distributors or suppliers are NOT eligible to enter this competition. Entries from these parties will be automatically disqualified.
Candidates should hold a position of leadership within their organization in the following retail markets:
- consumer electronics
- department stores
- food retail/service
- general/mass merchandisers
- specialty or non-specialty apparel
- entertainment retail
This year’s winners will appear in the October 2020 issue of VMSD.
