Kohl’s Corp. (Menomonee Falls, Wis.) plans to open a new concept store, Off Aisle by Kohl’s, that will offer discounted prices on returned and “like new” merchandise. Available clothing, accessories and home goods will be marked down 70- to 90-percent off regular store prices, according to Fortune.

The 30,000-square-foot store will be located outside Philadelphia in Cherry Hill, N.J., and is scheduled to open this June. Currently, Kohl’s hasn’t revealed plans to open any additional Off Aisle stores.

Off Aisle is an opportunity to appeal to customers’ need for savings as well as increase sales, according to Kohl’s spokeswoman Jen Johnson, as reported by Fortune.
