Apple Opens Fourth Store in N.C.

Apple (Cupertino, Calif.) opened a new store in Greensboro, N.C., at the Friendly Shopping Center. Apple already operates three stores in the state, in Raleigh, at the Crabtree Valley Mall, in Durham and in Charlotte at Park Place.

While the store includes sevearl familiar features, such as the Genius Bar, the interior has been given a warmer aesthetic than previous Apple stores using blonde wood furniture and brightly lit panels. On the exterior, the large white Apple logo is lit up against a black background.
