Armani and Zegna to Join Forces

Ermenegildo Zegna and Georgio Armani, S.p.A. have entered a joint venture to produce and distribute the Armani Collezioni men's line, currently sold in 35 countries.

While the companies say this deal capitalizes on industrial and organization strengths of both enterprises,Armani will hold 51 percent of the venture and will continue to design the fashion line
