Best Buy Tweaks Samsung Mini-Shops

Best Buy (Richfield, Minn.) and Samsung (Suwan, South Korea) are making changes to about a third of the 1400 Samsung Experience mini-shops located within U.S. Best Buy stores.

About 160 of the Samsung Experience shop-in-shops will close, while another 250 will expand, reports the Minneapolis Star Tribune.

The Samsung Experience shops opened in 2013 and were the only store-within-a-store concept that was implemented in all of Best Buy's stores, according to the Tribune.
