BHDP Architecture Enhances Retail Team with Three New Employees, Adds to Columbus & Cincinnati Offices

Cincinnati, Ohio, April 3, 2013 – BHDP Architecture announced that three new employees have been added to the growing Retail team in the Cincinnati office.

“I’m very pleased to announce Eric Kuhn has joined our team as a client designer,” said Andrew McQuilkin, client leader atBHDP in Cincinnati. “Eric brings much talent as a designer and client liaison. We are also welcoming Samuel Ellison and Sarah Sokoloski to the team.”

Eric Kuhn, a design veteran with more than 25 years of experience, joins BHDP after previously working with InterBrand/Design Forum and WD Partners. Eric has extensive design experience and is devoted to developing and nurturing client relationships into dynamic creative engagements.

Samuel Ellison has been hired as an intern on the retail team. Sam, a graduate of Clemson University and the University of Cincinnati DAAP, brings five years of architectural experience to BHDP. Sam has worked as a temporary employee for both the BHDP Workplace and Retail teams, and is dedicated to delivering results for clients.

Sarah Sokoloski joins the retail team as an interior design intern. Sarah is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Design, Architecture, Art and Planning (DAAP). Sarah has also worked as a temporary employee for the Retail team. She has played a key role in designing space for leading retailers.

Two new employees have been added to the BHDP Architecture Columbus office. Amanda Thomas and Alyssa Vennard have joined the office as intern architects.

Amanda Thomas earned a Master of Architecture from Ohio State University and achieved a Bachelor of Science in interior architecture from Ohio University.

Alyssa Vennard earned a Bachelor of Arts in interior design from Michigan State University.

“We welcome Amanda and Alyssa to our team and look forward to their growth and contributions,” said Michael J. Habel, CEO of BHDP Architecture. “Our clients will continue to benefit as we grow and enhance our services.”

Three new employees have been added to the Cincinnati office.

Emily English has been hired as senior marketing coordinator. She comes to BHDP from Omni Architects and Ross Tarrant Architects, bringing marketing knowledge and experience in the architecture industry.

Brenda Lycans joins BHDP as billing coordinator. Brenda comes to BHDP from Woolpert, Inc. She has more than a decade of professional accounting experience.

Dan Kuechenmeister joins the IT support team as desk side support. Dan brings several years of IT experience to BHDPspecializing in the specific systems, software and hardware that BHDP uses. Previously Dan has worked at Kao Brands and Robert Half Technology.
