Bonaveri Presents Mannequin Exhibit at EuroShop

During Euroshop 2011, Bonaveri (Renazzo di Cento, Italy) will present an exhibition on the meaning of the contemporary style of mannequins at the Kunst Palast Museum in Düsseldorf, Germany.

Visitors to the exhibit will see more than 100 mannequins in varying concepts, shapes and textures that illustrate the many spirits and poses that the form can assume.

“It is an exhibition that will involve the senses: sight to measure the perfect lines and proportions; touch to feel the shimmering expressions of the material and to understand how the same mannequin can sustain different dialogues with textiles, leather, wood and synthetics; smell to breathe and experience the stories inside all these materials; and hearing to grasp the musicality and rhythm of a choral composition,” the company said in a release.

Alongside the historic pieces, the exhibition will showcase 12 new collections for the Bonaveri Artistic Mannequins and Schläppi lines.
