Claire’s Launches Same-Day Click and Collect

Tween mainstay retailer Claire’s (Hoffman Estates, Ill.) has introduced same-day buy online pick up in-store (BOPIS) in the U.S. and U.K., according to a press release.

The move is part of the brand’s ongoing digital transformation in response to consumer demands for frictionless and convenient service. A new order management system from Salesforce will support the new offering. Customers can select “Pick Up” as their delivery option when shopping online and will be notified via e-mail when the order is ready to be collected.

The service will reportedly be rolled out in Ireland and France next.
